Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not accept returns. If there is a specific problem with the product, I will exchange that product for another or store credit, but the issue needs to be brought to my attention within 14 days of delivery.
I do not do exchanges and returns on products of mine that you buy through 'destash' or 'resale' from another photographer, because I cannot control the quality on those items due to user handling. I apologize for any inconvenience in this matter.
